The year 2020 has been monumental on so many scales. One thing in particular it has had a huge impact on is how we address and tackle wellbeing in the workplace. The pandemic has contributed to the elevation of the topic and not only that but also to the transformation of the wellbeing leader role. As we have started to see in organisations of every size, the accountabilities, role descriptions, expectations, etc., have all started to shift as more has started to fall on the laps of wellbeing leaders. In essence this is all a great and positive shift, however the challenge that exists is that there is no roadmap or tell all guide to support the success of these leaders.
In this session join Arti Kashyap-Aynsley, Award winning global wellbeing leader, as she breaks down key success strategies to help navigate this highly elevated and impactful role.
